Bookings are essential and the event will be weather dependent and subject to refunds should there be weather-related cancellations. They can accommodate group flights of up to 6 passengers. Due to the nature of the event though, if you book a group they can't guarantee you will get to fly all together, but all attempts to achieve this will be made.
