Aotearoa Martial Arts Academy NZ is a martial arts academy covering self defence, kickboxing, functional fitness, womens self-defence courses and youth programmes. They're committed to making sure people from all communities have access to quality, safe training in a positive and fun environment.

Kickboxing classes run every Tuesday and Thursday between 6pm and 7pm. The Muay Thai classes are every Tuesday and Thursday between 7pm and 8pm. Go along to as many or as little of the classes as you'd like in the month from when you first attend.
