Your scallops will come vacuum-packed so you can pop them in the freezer if you somehow manage not to eat them all immediately. They will come frozen.

Lamb
The lamb legs are superbly tender Hawke's Bay Export legs weighing in at around 2.5kg each - this is the best New Zealand has to offer. It will come frozen.
