Chef Lance Tam is an expert in delicious modern cuisine, having worked in Australia and New Zealand preparing dishes for many a high profile personality. Your food will be delivered to your door for no extra charge from Manukau to the CBD (extra fee payable for North or West). A food plating service is available if required - please discuss with the business directly.
