You don't have to be a mouse to want to get your paws into this cheese-laced trap. Treat! I mean, treat.

$25 will set you up with a 90 minute cheese making class. Kelly will teach you how to make mozzarella, ricotta and the essentials of home cheese making. And because she knows you've got to fuel the learning mind, you'll get to taste samples of her amazing homemade cheeses.

The classes are approximately 90 minutes long and held most Sundays at Benedict's Cafe in Maungaraki. Classes are subject to student numbers, so call Kelly to see what spots are available.
