No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is three adults and one child (aged 11 years and under) or two adults and two children (aged 11 years and under).

Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of THB1,766 per person, per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation, Club access and all packages inclusions. Payable directly to the hotel.

Child Policy: Up to two children (aged 11 years and under) may stay free of charge if sleeping on existing bedding or sofa with all package inclusions OR may stay for a surcharge of THB833 per child, per night sleeping on a rollaway bed with all package inclusions, payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged three years and under) may stay free of charge and will count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Connecting rooms are not available.

Maximum of one rollaway bed permitted in each room.

Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Airport Transfers: Your Hotel transfers will be provided by www.myphuket-holiday.com. Your package includes one-way transfers from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport to hotel.

In order to confirm your transfer, you will need to contact MyPhuket-Holiday directly via email res@myphuket-holiday.com.

You will need to provide the following information at time of booking (no later than 48 hours prior to arrival).

Transfers are only for the upgraded room type.
