Getting to Bali is easy. Qantas, Garuda Indonesia, Jetstar, Air Asia, Virgin Australia, and more have flights departing daily from most Australian capital cities with an average flight time of six hours.

Flights depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of three hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of five hours), Dubai (approx flight time of nine hours) and Bangkok (approx flight time of four hours).

The resort is approximately 25 minutes’ drive from Ngurah Rai International (Denpasar) Airport.

Bookings (except for tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Extra Guest Policy: One additional guest (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$99 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation and all inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: One child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of US$48 per night, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and all inclusions. Alternatively a rollaway bed can be provided for a surcharge of US$99 per night. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

Lagoon Access Junior Suite – packages valid for two adults

Extra Guest Policy: In addition to two adults, three additional guests (aged 12 years and over) may stay for a surcharge of US$99 per person, per night, sleeping on twin single beds and a rollaway bed, with accommodation and all inclusions. Payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: In addition to the two included children, one extra child (aged 11 years and under) may stay for a surcharge of US$48 per night, sleeping on existing bedding with accommodation and all inclusions. Alternatively a rollaway bed can be provided for a surcharge of US$99 per night. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One baby (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the room capacity. A cot can be provided by the hotel free of charge.

A small number of connecting Melia Garden View Rooms or connecting Premium Garden View Rooms are available.

Please note, premium drinks and certain menu items (including live seafood, lobster, wagyu and duck liver) carry an additional surcharge.

Restaurants open until 11pm and food ordered must be consumed within restaurants. 24-hour food available via room service.

Uluwatu tour does not include temple entrance fee. Must be booked the day before.
