Getting to Port Douglas is easy. Regular flights are available with Virgin Australia, Qantas, Tiger and Jetstar, departing all Australian capital cities with

Flights to Cairns depart regularly from major gateways including Singapore (approx flight time of 7 hours), Hong Kong (approx flight time of 7.5 hours), Dubai (approx flight time of 22 hours, at least one stopover required) and Bangkok (approx flight time 11 hours, at least one stopover required).

The resort is approximately one hours’ drive from Cairns International Airport.

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking for Treat Me credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your Treat Me credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.

Feel Like Changing your Dates? No worries… You can make one (1) change to the date of your booking provided the change is made no less than 45 days before the start of your original booking date and provided you choose dates which are of an equal value and are available. Two Bedroom Pool View Apartment / Two Bedroom Swim Up Apartment - Packages are valid for four adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is five people.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (of any age) may stay for a surcharge of A$35 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation only. Payable directly to the resort.

Baby Policy: One infant (aged one year and under) may stay free of charge and will not count towards maximum room occupancy. A cot can be provided by the resort for a surcharge of A$10 per night. Payable directly to the resort.

Three Bedroom Plunge Pool Apartment - Packages are valid for six adults.

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is seven people.

Extra Guest Policy: An additional guest (of any age) may stay for a surcharge of A$35 per night, sleeping on a rollaway bed with accommodation only. Payable directly to the resort.
