Conditions of the Deal

• Not valid for fibrous plants including palm, cabbage tree, flax and bamboo. Not valid for stump grinding (extra charge can quote onsite)
• Any extra work required over the purchased voucher option will incur additional charge can quote onsite. If you decide to not go ahead with the service after the onsite consult a $70 fee will apply to any refunds
• Limit of one voucher may be purchased for personal use; one as a gift. Maximum one voucher redeemable per booking. Entire value must be used in one visit

• Book early to secure your desired date and time
• Present printed or smartphone voucher upon their arrival

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
